Dell laptop with win 7 does not start My hunch is this is caused by either static build up (the easiest to deal with), a failed software update, loose connection to hardware, hardware failure, or corrupt BIOS or operating system. After that the HDD indicator started blinking, and the other two indicators turned on. Was working fine when turned off a few days ago. Dell laptop not starting after blue screen
